Here are some examples of what steps we’ve taken to meet your and community expectations:
- Staff are not permitted to attend work if they are feeling unwell..
- Our staff practice personal distancing and washing of hands regularly as recommended by Federal health authorities.
- Our service loan car and demonstrator fleet are thoroughly cleaned after every use with hospital grade disinfectant
- Keys , steering wheels and gear knobs are disinfected on arrival to service and seat covers installed
- All service driveway staff are wearing gloves
- Our customer reception area including rest room facilities and lounge are cleaned and sanitised daily. Reception seating will have limited capacity with safe boundaries.
- The entire business facility is cleaned by skilled contractors , with our common areas in service lounge etc disinfected hourly and all desks and toilets disinfected every two hours.
- On arrival and departure, customers have the opportunity to freely use available hand cleansers.
- During every service, we disinfect the main contact points of your car.
- You are encouraged to use our online service booking service.
- If you feel uncomfortable in leaving your home or business, we can offer a convenient pick up and drop off service.
- For those of you who would like a quote on a new or used vehicle, we can facilitate an interview over the phone or come to you.
