BOOK IN

Contact either of our branches via phone or email to discuss a time that suits you to have your car booked in.

Make sure you have your basic vehicle details so we can ensure we are prepared and have the appropriate parts organised for your Service/repair.

We also can arrange vehicle pick ups and drop offs on request.

DROP OFF

On the arranged appointment time, bring your vehicle in and drop your keys off at the service reception desk.

If you purchased your vehicle from us, loan vehicles are available on request while your vehicle is being serviced. – just ask!

We have customer lounges at both stores with a complimentary drink.

PICK UP

We will contact you when your vehicle is ready and if you DO NOT have an account with us – you will be requested to pay before your can take your vehicle as per our Credit Policy. We take cash, eftpos or an electronic bank transfer can be arranged.
