The service intervals occur every 15,000 KM/12 months (whichever occurs first) for all models except MY18 to current Crafter vehicles and MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles, which are scheduled to occur every 20,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first). 3. Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) can take up to 48 hours to be applied to your vehicle. SIRA membership is provided by by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your SIRA membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners-service/service-repairs-parts/roadside-assist.html. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
4. 5-Year Care Plan for the price of a 3-Year Care Plan is available for eligible Volkswagen Amarok (up to and including Model Year 2022), Caddy, California Caravelle, Crafter, Multivan and Transporter models only. Amarok (MY23 onwards) is not eligible for this promotion. Purchase a 5-Year Care Plan between 01/01/2024 and 31/12/2024 at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners-service/service-repairs-parts/care-plans.html or from an authorised Volkswagen Dealer. 5-Year Care Plan covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only.
