Mr Peyman was obviously very well versed in your business practices and explained quite clearly to me how the system worked and what I would need to expect from it. Doug was also very approachable and seemed to have a good deal of expertise in his assessments of my vehicle. Overall I was pleased with his efforts and was satisfied with the eventual outcome.
