They always go that extra mile and are one of the most customer focused organisations I have ever been associated with!

All companies should pay a visit to Thomson Ford to see how customer service is actually done rather than just spoken about. This is not a team who receive a rah rah session once a week and go about their business, this team lives and breathes the customer. Their sales are fantastic, their service are beyond reproach. No request is too much and they will ALWAYS try to fulfil customer wishes. We have purchased 11+ cars from Thomson Ford and we will not shop anywhere else.
