Diesel People Mover

When it is time to fit an entire family inside a vehicle nothing works better than a minivan or what we call a people mover. These vehicles are extremely large with the capacity of seating 7-9 people. They even work well in the transport and logistics business so there is no reason why you shouldn’t get one. There are many minivans available in the market but none can compare with the LDV G10. This huge vehicle has been the talk of the town lately and for good reason.

The LDV G10 is elegantly designed in that it does not have any hard athletic lines that you see in sports vehicles, instead this beautiful vehicle has been designed in Italy by the famous Turin Design Centre. The simplistic yet modern looking minivan is pleasing to the eye.

Taking a peek on the inside reveals a separate class of space and luxury. The vehicle has soft and comfy leather seats for all 9 passengers, one wide infotainment screen on the dash as well as a larger entertainment screen that pops down from the roof for all to enjoy. The air conditioning vents are plenty in number so that everyone is at ease. The 9-seat people mover has enough leg space to accommodate even the tallest of passengers. The head room at the back is also sufficient. The rear seats are foldable which allows you to extend storage space if needed.

The G10 is packed with features such as Bluetooth connectivity, rear camera with parking assist, passive entry and start function, and a 6-speaker audio system. You even get three sunroofs, of which one can be operated.

However, nothing says more about the vehicle than its performance specs. When you have to haul 9 people from one destination to another you need power and lots of it. The diesel-run LDV G10 is certainly a powerhouse that can deliver. The 1.9-liter turbo diesel engine makes a respectable 110 kW of power and a whopping 350 Nm of torque. This power is transferred to the wheels via the ZF six-speed transmission and as a result, you get a surprisingly good fuel economy of 8.7 litres per 100 km. Other than that, you have ABS and EBD driving assists, Electronic Stability Control, and Emergency Brake Assist. To top that off, you get McPherson struts in the front and five link coil springs at the back for support.

The LDV G10 is a gem of a vehicle that is one of the best mass-transit options for you.
