The latest technology to be introduced into our workshop is the Safe-T-Stop, Plate-Tronic system which performs a vital safety check on the brakes, steering and suspension of your vehicle that other testing methods miss.
Tyre Diagnosis System
Berwick Mazda have just acquired a brand new “Tyre diagnosis system” (automatic Tyre tread measurement system) in our workshop, which can calculate the tyre tread depth in a few seconds and displays tyre tread depth and wear information. With your next service, you will receive a report that clearly indicates the health of your tyres to ensure peace of mind for you and your passengers when you are driving.
Master Technicians
We are proud to be the home of our three Mazda Master Technicians who have undergone extensive levels of training to reach Master status. Our team of factory-trained technicians work under the guidance of our three Master Technicians and are committed to maintaining your vehicles optimal condition, giving you the confidence and peace of mind that your vehicle is in the right hands. 
We also offer:
- Courtesy pickup and drop-off service to any destination local to our dealership
- Early bird drop off – for those customers who require an early start to the day, simply leave your keys and the completed early bird check-in form, in our drop off box. “Click here” to download the early bird drop off form.
- Free Loan cars for your convenience; please enquire when booking in your service as loan cars are subject to availability.

*Turnaround time is calculated from the time the customer approves the maintenance work at reception, to delivery of the serviced vehicle back to the customer. Berwick Mazda is not liable for delays in vehicle maintenance if the customer does not adhere to their booked appointment time. Priority is given to on-time customers. Available for selected cars and scheduled services only. Does not apply to diesel vehicles. Quick Smart Mazda Servicing is available for the initial 1,000km service and subsequent 10,000kms, 20,000kms, 30,000kms, 50,000kms, 60,000kms, 70,000kms, 90,000kms and 110,000k’s log book services. Any additional repairs required beyond the service are limited to minor items such as wiper blades and globe replacements. ^7:30am Quick Smart Servicing is subject to appointment and hire car is subject to availability.
